emcra GmbH, established in 2002, is engaged in European project management and EU-Fundraising with following activities:
– emcra academy: Intensive seminars, Workshops, In-house seminars and continuing training courses i.e. for EU-Fundraisers (6 months);
– consultation and coaching: Consulting services regarding EU-grants, application processes and EU-projects;
– EU-projects (Project Management, Finance Management, Quality Management, Evaluation);
– conferences (wide conferences in a European context, Open Space, in-house group coaching).
emcra raises the competencies of self-employed consultants and qualifies professionals from organizations and enterprises to succeed in EU projects. The emcra Team consists of 15 staff members. The trainers of emcra have various national and thematic backgrounds and wide experience in working at a European level.
Since its creation in 2002, emcra pays great attention to Quality Management in the implementation of its activities and services. The company has received the international certification ISO 9001:2008 and the national certification AZAV (Akkreditierungs- und Zulassungsverordnung Arbeitsförderung), the German accreditation and licensing for continuing training.
On a regular basis emcra is active as partner or lead partner in European project consortia.
At the end of 2013 our work within the project ConstructEU started – a project with the goal to transfer the emcra training “Qualification to EU-Fundraiser” to Spain and Hungary.
Within the scope of the project PROVE (http://leonardo-prove.eu/) 9 partners from 8 different countries are developing common quality standards for the management of European projects.
